Being diagnosed with cancer changes everything. It will be especially hard, if children are affected. Nearby Heidelberg the German cancer foundation for children runs the "Waldpiraten-Camp", a recreation facility which is unique in Germany and helps children suffering from cancer to regain courage and strength, or get back to normal life after successful recovery.
